The staff was very friendly and the view was amazing! The wine was good and the beer was even better!
The ONLY reason they are getting 3 stars is because the beer was very good. The seasonal selections were excellent! We did however encounter the WORST customer service in the state of Missouri... The woman who took our order was soooooooooo rude to our party of 4 when ordering and paying as we were leaving. My in laws live in Ste Gen so I would've liked this to be a regular stop qhen we visit. Unfortunately we will never be visiting the brewery again after the scoff, rude, almost yelling at you for ordering wrong (according to her) service we recieved here. I do recommend trying their beer if you see them around but I DO NOT reccomend making the long drive into the hills only to be insulted and treated poorly when visiting their establishment.
The wine was good. The beers were excellent! The customer service was superior. The employee went out her way to help my friends and me. Then came out to table chatted with us.
Poor customer service. Outrageous prices for tastings. Pick any of the other wineries in the area, they are much better, especially watertower and cave vineyard.
This place is awesome. Beautiful scenery, and the microbrews are some of the best I have had(I've had a lot", I can't comment on the wine because while I've had their wine and it taste good to me I am a beer guy so I can't tell good wine from bad. The owners are very nice people and always there working right alongside the rest of the staff. I don't even want to go to any of the other wineries in the area after going to Charleville. In fact they actually know who I am know because I've been there enough times over the years. Also, they don't allow party buses to come which is great because you don't see the obnoxiously drunk fools you see at other wineries. Check it out, you wont be disappointed!!
